Taste of Bali - Power and Flow Masterclass

(scroll down for PL) Join Bali-based teacher Phil Kowalik and Monika Broz for a rooftop yoga masterclass experience overlooking the Vistula River and Wawel Castle. Phil will guide us through a powerful, intelligently sequenced flow designed to awaken the body, sharpen the mind, and leave you feeling energized, grounded, and fully present. Throughout the practice, Monika will support the experience with hands-on adjustments, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches inspired by years of retreat hosting and teaching. Expect inspiring movement, beautiful views, and the feeling of practicing outdoors in the warmth of summer. We'll move, breathe, and build heat before settling into an especially long and delicious savasana-giving the body time to absorb the practice and the mind space to soften into stillness.
