Together, we'll consciously say goodbye to the past year and create space to welcome the new one with clarity, calm, and intention. Through guided meditations, breathing practices, and simple neuroscience-informed explanations, you'll learn how mindfulness supports the nervous system, helps release accumulated stress, and allows the brain to reset and refocus. By calming the body first, we create the optimal mental state for reflection, intention-setting, and meaningful change. This session offers a warm, supportive atmosphere-no pressure, no performance, just presence. You'll leave feeling grounded, emotionally lighter, and equipped with practical tools to support yourself in the months ahead. No prior mindfulness experience needed. Next wellbeing session in January: ❄️ Winter Pause ❄️Relaxation Techniques for Deep Rest Sunday, 25th January 2026, 10:30am-12:00pm This 90-minute relaxation session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and rest deeply in the heart of winter-a time to step out of constant doing and allow your body and mind to restore. You'll be guided through calming visualisations, progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), deep rest breathwork, and a soothing body scan. Alongside the practices, you'll learn about the relaxation response system-the body's natural ability to shift out of stress and into a state of rest, healing, and balance. Grounded in neuroscience, these techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), supporting deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and mental clarity. The session is held in a gentle, supportive atmosphere. No prior experience is needed-just come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into deep rest. You'll leave feeling calmer, replenished, and equipped with simple relaxation tools you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming. 🕊 Choose one or come to both: One session: 60 PLN Come for just one - or treat yourself to both sessions! ✨ Who is welcome? Everyone - no experience needed. Sessions are held in English, with a warm and inclusive space for all. 🍁 What you'll receive: ~ A deep sense of calm and clarity ~ Tools to manage stress and feel more present and grounded ~ Gentle inspiration you can take into daily life ~ A little moment just for you. Space: We are warmly hosted in the yoga studio room of Kawiarnia Księgarnia Radio Telewizja (Muranów, Warsaw). The café kindly rents this space to host a variety of events and at a rate lower than standard commercial fees - thanks to their support, I'm able to offer the sessions at a more accessible price. About the trainer: Your guide for the morning is Magda, a certified mindfulness trainer with a diploma in "Relaxation &Yoga" (AWF) who has been helping others find calmness and peace of mind since 2018.
