During this weekend we will have a - Transmission Ceremony - Two Inka Ceremonies - A Gathering and a party. In person in Wu-Bong Sa, Falenica Poland and on the Zoom platform. Please join us at this rare opportunity to witness these ceremonies! Schedule: *Friday 15th 18:30 Practice (staff and volunteers) (evening informal gathering) Sangha arrival until the evening *Saturday 16th 06:00 Morning practice (with teachers) 08:00 Breakfast 09:00 - 12:00 Teachers meeting (Dharma Room) 12:30 Lunch 15:00 Inka ceremonies 17:30 Dinner 18:30 Practice 20:00 Party *Sunday 17th 06:00 Morning practice (with teachers) 08:00 Breakfast 10:30 Transmission Ceremony 12:30 Lunch 14:00 End and departure About the Ceremonies: 🪷 Two Inka Ceremonies (Saturday, May 16th 2026) During the Inka ceremony the candidates are tested by the Sangha during a Dharma Combat. After successful completion they will give a formal Dharma talk, and become Dharma Masters (Ji Do Poep Sa Nim) in the Kwan Um School of Zen. 🪷 Transmission Ceremony (Sunday, May 17th 2026) We are honored to announce that Zen Master Bon Shim will give Transmission to her Dharma successor Arne Schaefer JDPSN. During the Transmission Ceremony, the new Zen Master will 🪷 engage in a short Dharma exchange 🪷 give a formal Dharma talk 🪷 receive a new name 🪷 become a successor in Zen Master Seung Sahn's lineage Beyond the formal ceremonies, this weekend is a precious chance for our Sangha to simply be together. Between the events, we will have ample space for informal gathering-to share tea, catch up with old friends, and meet new practitioners.
