We invite you to a dynamic standing acro weekend with Meital & Matt in Warsaw! Here's everything you need to know! PROGRAMME: Each morning we will begin with new drills to help prepare participants for the planned movements. Later in the block, and each day will feature a mix of both release and non-release acro skills. The content will be aimed towards partner acrobatics, but many can also be expanded to variations in groups for those wanting the extra challenge. The level of the workshops will be intermediate+/advanced, designed to provide the best tools and drills for training and progressing at that level. The workshop content will also be shaped according to your requests, please fill in your wish lists on the form, and I will forward them to Matt & Meital for content creation. PREREQUISITES: • comfort with standing H2H and F2H (hold for 10+ seconds) • experience with long-arm position • experience with pitch-to-reverse F2H Please note that participants are fully responsible for themselves during this event! TEACHERS: Meital & Matt - @meital.tattooedflyer / @me_berno Matt has been a professional circus artist since 2021 and has since performed and coached around the world. While he started in the world of acroyoga and L-base, he now specializes more in group acrobatics and hand-to-hand and loves to work on sequencing and the moments between skills. He has taught everything from local intro classes to multi-week professional training programs and always loves the opportunity to share with others who share his passion. Meital is an experienced acro teacher in the various acro genres, focusing on standing hand-to-hand, training and teaching around the world. She studied circus at Carampa and Shabazi circus schools and just loves to play and share knowledge. Since Matt and Meital met they have been working and building together almost every day. They've been adventuring wherever they could across 3 continents so far to teach, create, and develop their own language and style. Excited to keep on sharing, focusing on understanding the connection between flyer and base so things feel calm, comfortable, and made together.
