Niniejszy regulamin ("Regulamin") okresla zasady uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu "5SALSATION®️ & Choreology by Salsation®️ Masterclass - Ala's Birthday Edition - 29.11.2025 Warsaw" ("Wydarzenie"). Organizatorami wydarzenia jest Alicja Dylag ("Organizator"). 1.2. Uczestnictwo w Wydarzeniu jest dobrowolne i wymaga akceptacji niniejszego Regulaminu. Zasady uczestnictwa 2.1. Uczestnicy Wydarzenia musza miec ukonczone 13 lat. Osoby ponizej 13 roku zycia moga w nim uczestniczyc wyłacznie pod opieka i nadzorem osob dorosłych, ktore ponosza odpowiedzialnosc za ich bezpieczenstwo. 2.2. Wydarzenie odbedzie sie 29 listopada 2025 r. w Warszawie. 2.3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia liczby uczestnikow oraz do zmiany harmonogramu, programu i miejsca Wydarzenia. Koszty uczestnictwa 3.1. Udział w Wydarzeniu jest odpłatny. 3.2. Rejestracja odbywa sie poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy dostepny na stronie Wydarzenia (Facebook). 3.3. Rejestracja przez formularz nie jest rownoznaczna z zapisem na Wydarzenie. Warunkiem zapisu jest wpłata pełnej kwoty do Organizatora. 3.4. W przypadku, gdy uczestnik nie moze wziac udziału w wydarzeniu, opłata za uczestnictwo nie podlega zwrotowi. Uczestnik moze w takiej sytuacji przekazac bilet wstepu wybranej osobie pod warunkiem, ze informacja o zmianie danych osobowych zostanie najpierw przekazana Organizatorowi. Obowiazki uczestnikow 4.1. Uczestnik zobowiazany jest do przestrzegania niniejszego Regulaminu oraz wszelkich zasad i wytycznych ustalonych przez Organizatora. 4.2. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialnosci za przedmioty pozostajace własnoscia uczestnika. 4.3. Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialnosc za wszelkie szkody wyrzadzone na rzecz Organizatora lub innych uczestnikow w trakcie wydarzenia. 4.4. Uczestnik zobowiazany jest do uzytkowania udostepnianych pomieszczen oraz sprzetu zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem oraz do zachowania porzadku w trakcie wydarzenia. 4.5. Uczestnik oswiadcza, ze nie posiada przeciwwskazan zdrowotnych do udziału w Wydarzeniu. 4.6. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomosci, ze udział w Wydarzeniu wiaze sie z wysiłkiem fizycznym i pociaga za soba ryzyko wypadku, odniesienia obrazen ciała i urazow fizycznych. 4.7. Organizator nie ubezpiecza uczestnikow wydarzenia i nie ponosi odpowiedzialnosci za nieszczesliwe wypadki podczas uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu. Kazdy uczestnik powinien posiadac własne ubezpieczenie NNW. Wykorzystanie wizerunku uczestnika 5.1. Uczestnik wyraza zgode na utrwalanie i wykorzystywanie przez Organizatora swojego wizerunku w celach marketingowych zwiazanych z wydarzeniem i działalnoscia Organizatora bez koniecznosci uzyskania dodatkowej zgody uczestnika oraz bez prawa do wynagrodzenia. 5.2. Wykorzystanie wizerunku obejmuje publikacje zdjec, filmow oraz innych materiałow w mediach społecznosciowych oraz w materiałach promocyjnych i informacyjnych wydarzenia. Ochrona danych osobowych 6.1. Administratorem danych osobowych uczestnikow jest Organizator. 6.2. Dane osobowe uczestnikow sa przetwarzane zgodnie z obowiazujacymi przepisami prawa, w szczegolnosci z Rozporzadzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO). Postanowienia koncowe 7.1. Uczestnicy maja obowiazek przestrzegania porzadku publicznego, polecen słuzb porzadkowych oraz poszanowania pozostałych uczestnikow. Organizator ma prawo usunac z terenu imprezy osoby, ktore zakłocaja porzadek publiczny, przebieg imprezy lub zachowuja sie niezgodnie z Regulaminem. 7.2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem, stosuje sie przepisy prawa polskiego. 7.3. Organizatorzastrzegaja sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for participation in the event "SALSATION®️ & Choreology by Salsation®️ Masterclass - Ala's Birthday Edition - 29.11.2025 Warsaw" ("Event"). The event is organized by Alicja Dylag ("Organizer"). 1.2. Participation in the Event is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Terms. Participation Rules 2.1. Participants must be at least 13 years old. Individuals under the age of 13 may only participate under the supervision of an adult who assumes full responsibility for their safety. 2.2. The Event will take place on 29 November 2025 in Warsaw. 2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants and to modify the schedule, program, or venue of the Event. Participation Fees 3.1. Participation in the Event is subject to a fee. 3.2. Registration is carried out via the application form available on the Event page (Facebook). 3.3. Submitting the form does not guarantee a spot at the Event. A full payment must be made to the Organizer for the registration to be confirmed. 3.4. In the case a participant is unable to attend the Event, the participation fee is non-refundable. However, the ticket may be transferred to another person, provided that the Organizer is informed in advance about the change of participant details. Participant Obligations 4.1. Participants are required to comply with these Terms and any guidelines provided by the Organizer. 4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings brought by participants. 4.3. Participants are liable for any damages caused to the Organizer or other attendees during the Event. 4.4. Participants are expected to use the facilities and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose and maintain order during the Event. 4.5. By registering, participants confirm they have no medical contraindications to taking part in the Event. 4.6. Participants acknowledge that the Event involves physical activity and carries a risk of accidents, injury, or physical harm. 4.7. The Organizer does not provide insurance for participants and is not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring during the Event. Each participant is responsible for securing their own accident insurance (NNW). Use of Participant Image 5.1. Participants agree to the recording and use of their image by the Organizer for marketing purposes related to the Event and the Organizer's activities, without the need for additional consent and without the right to compensation. 5.2. Use of image includes publication of photos, videos, and other materials on social media and in promotional or informational content related to the Event. Personal Data Protection 6.1. The Organizer is the data controller of the participants' personal data. 6.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). Final Provisions 7.1. Participants are required to follow public order regulations, instructions from event staff, and respect other attendees. The Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the venue who disrupt public order, interfere with the Event, or fail to comply with these Terms. 7.2. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law. 7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Any updates will be published on the Event page (Facebook).
