This is a rare chance to join a certified MBSR programme in English in Warsaw - offered only twice or three times a year. 💚 What is MBSR? Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program blending meditation, body awareness, breathwork, and mindful yoga. Over 8 weeks you will learn how to: - Reduce stress and anxiety - Calm your nervous system - Improve focus, sleep, and emotional balance - Navigate challenges with more clarity and resilience - Be more present and cultivate inner peace - Understand how your body and brain handle - and can reduce - stress. No, MBSR is not a form of therapy, and I'm not a certified therapist or psychologist. However, mindfulness is believed to act like a missing puzzle piece for many people - a gentle, healing approach that supports greater self-awareness and emotional clarity. Many therapists also integrate mindfulness into their work because it helps clients regulate emotions, understand themselves more deeply, and navigate challenges with more ease. 🌿 Course Details: 13th April- 1st June 2026 Weekly Monday sessions + Mindful Silent Day Location: Mokotów Small group: 6-10 participants. The group typically includes people of diverse nationalities and experiences, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. 💚Price: Standard Fee: 1550 PLN Early Bird discounts possible - check my SM for occasional offers 🙂 Payment plans: One fee: 1550pln or two instalments of 790 PLN or three instalments of 540 PLN. The price includes: ~ A participant interview, ~ 8 sessions and the Mindful Silent Day, ~ hot/cold beverages, ~ Online materials, an MBSR student handbook, and audio guides for home practice, ~ A certificate of completion/attendance, ~ A goodie bag, ~ Studio-provided equipment (cushions, mats, blankets) and refreshments for the Silent Day. ⭐ What do I need to take part? You'll need: - Time & commitment: For weekly sessions, the Mindful Silent Day, and home practice (30-45 minutes daily). - A quiet space: A spot at home where you can practice without interruptions. 🌱 How do I enrol? I'm Magda Grygolec, a certified MBSR teacher (Polski Instytut Mindfulness POLIM and the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches, IMA) and a certified mindfulness teacher for kids (Youth Mindfulness, Bristol, UK)and a graduate of Relaxation & Yoga (AWF, Warsaw). I've spent much of my adult life in the UK, studying languages and working in education. Currently, I'm teaching mindfulness & relaxation in Warsaw and run weekend and summer Mums&Kids retreats.
