If you've ever wondered how to make your community safer, more inclusive, and more connected, this is your sign!✨ Act for Change is an event for anyone curious about human rights, crisis response, and what it really takes to support those in need. By joining, participants get the chance to: 🤝 Engage directly with passionate local experts, including advocates for the unhoused, crisis psychologists, and LGBTQ+ activists. 🫶 Connect with people from different backgrounds - local university students, Erasmus participants, ESN volunteers, and grassroots NGOs. 🩺 Master life-saving skills through a practical first-aid course led by medical students. 🧸 Develop emotional tools by learning non-violent communication to navigate cultural differences and de-escalate conflicts with empathy. ⛓️💥 Break stereotypes by listening to real, human stories and understanding the daily realities faced by marginalised groups in Łódź. 🗣️ Have honest, open conversations in a safe, guided space to share personal experiences, feedback, and fresh global perspectives. 🫂Turn passive awareness into proactive engagement by learning exactly how to support the most vulnerable people in our society.
