And what we had to hide. We adapted. And many of these patterns still shape how we think, feel, and relate to others today. In this women-only workshop, we will explore your family blueprint the roles, patterns, and expectations you learned growing up and how they show up in your life now. 🌿You will: • recognise patterns you may be repeating • understand where they come from • see how they affect your relationships, boundaries, and self-worth • begin to notice what you would like to change No psychology background needed.
