It's my 39th birthday on May 17th and I wanted to celebrate it by talking about one of my favourite topics: the Menstrual Cycle. I felt called to create a space where I can share something that truly changed my life. For a long time, my relationship with my body and my cycle was filled with confusion, frustration, and honestly… shame. No one really taught me how to understand it, work with it, or even talk about it. I also, went through a long and complicated journey that revealed I have endometriosis too. But over time, that started to shift. Learning about my cycle didn't just change how I experience my body… it changed how I see myself, my emotions, my energy, and even my relationships. This is not a lecture...It's a gentle, honest, and open conversation. A space where you can: • understand your cycle in a simple, real way • reflect on your own relationship with your body • feel less alone in things we rarely talk about • and maybe begin to see yourself a little differently Whether you're deeply connected to your cycle or have never really thought about it… you're so welcome here. Last year for my birthday I hosted a free Women's Circle, this year I offer this workshop for free too! My hope is to share my knowledge, lived experience, and passion for this subject with you all. Aware Space, Gdynia Sunday May 17th 15:00-16:30 Limited spots (small, intimate group, max 8 women) Investment: Free 🔗 Book your spot: https://app.fitssey.com/awarespace/frontoffice/courses Feel free to message me (Amanda) directly if you something you want to share or have questions.
