Serdecznie zapraszamy na najbliższe seminarium naukowe naszej Katedry! 🔥🌿 Haidee Cadd wygłosi wykład pt. „The ecological legacy of fire in flammable landscapes - understanding the past to improve our future." 📅 Czwartek, 30 kwietnia 2026, godz. 14:15 📍 Sala B103 Seminarium odbędzie się w języku angielskim. Zapraszamy! Haidee Cadd is an Australian Research Council DECRA fellow at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She is a paleoecologist and paleoclimatologist interested in reconstructing past environments and exploring drivers of change. Her background in radiocarbon dating at the Chronos 14-Carbon Cycling Facility at the University of New South Wales has led to a strong focus on improving chronologies in paleoenvironmental archives. Her research is focused on creating multi-proxy datasets to understand how climate, people and disturbances (in particular, fire) drive changes in ecosystem dynamics.
